Refund policy

At Smart Haven, every piece is crafted with care and precision by local artisans, using premium materials to ensure long-lasting quality. Because each desk is custom-made to order, we kindly ask that you review the following terms before completing your purchase.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, production begins — at this stage, we cannot guarantee a full refund as materials may have already been allocated or work begun.
  • If you wish to cancel after 24 hours, please contact us. A partial refund (up to 50%) may be offered at our discretion, depending on the stage of production.

Returns & Exchanges

As our products are custom-built, we do not accept general returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect measurements, or preference.

However, if your desk arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We’ll assess the issue and offer:

  • Free replacement for damaged or defective parts, or
  • Full refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.

 


Refunds

Full refunds are only provided if:

  • The product delivery is delayed beyond 3 business days of the confirmed delivery date usually 3-7 days of order date, or
  • The item is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


Warranty

All height-adjustable desks include a 3-month limited warranty covering:

  • Mechanical defects (motor, lift system, control panel)
  • Structural defects in craftsmanship

During the warranty period, Smart Haven will repair or replace the affected part at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or modification
  • Normal wear and tear or variations in natural wood grain
